Change - returns policy

RETURN POLICY


1. Destruction of products during transport


Beauty Princess.gr does not bear any responsibility for any delay or any damage caused during the shipment of the order. After receipt, you are obliged to check the products within 24 hours, so that in case of damage, all the necessary actions can be taken by Beauty Princess.gr. After checking the damage, a new product will be shipped.


 2. Order Cancellation


In case you wish to cancel an order, the cancellation can be done by phone contact with Beauty Princess.gr or by sending an email, before sending your order.


3. Product change / return policy


The customer reserves the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to return the products you must:


1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging together with any accompanying material (accessories, manuals, etc.) if the product has been opened and used, the change / return can not be accepted. Cases of defective products are excluded.

2. In case of defective product or wrong shipping order, you must declare within 24 hours, either by phone or email and receive the corresponding confirmation via email. If the customer wishes, a refund can be made by bank deposit in an IBAN indicated by him. All costs in this case are borne by Beauty Princess.gr

3. Changes / Returns are NOT made on EARRINGS for hygiene reasons.

4. Changes / Returns are NOT made on CREAMS, LIP GLOSS LIPSTICK, MASCARA once the safety tape of the product has been removed.

5. Returns on discount products with a discount rate of 50% or more are NOT accepted.

6. Changes / Returns are made upon presentation of proof of purchase.

7. Changes / Returns are made on an order of equal or greater value.

8. Changes / Returns on seasonal products are not accepted except in the 2nd indent of this paragraph.

3. The return cost is borne by the sender.
